- monthly meet-ups to work through feelings, fears, and questions, and creating your vision for this season of life
- 24/7 communication through texting and video messaging
- being on call starting at 38 weeks
- being present + supportive for the birth and hours after
- taking birth photographs and video, when able
- coming to your home in the days after birth to bring a meal + support you in the ways you need
- incorporating essential oils and natural tools into your journey
- access to my lending library, when available
Postpartum Doula Services
- provide non-medical, physical, emotional, and educational support for your family after the birth of your baby/babies, for 1-3 weeks
- assist with self care recovery measures
- nourish the mother
- provide information on mother/baby care
- assist you in caring for and feeding of your new baby/babies
- breastfeeding support
- household organizational support: including occasional meal preparation, grocery shopping, laundry, tidying, and dish-washing
- birth story processing
